Carl Paulson is a Recruiting and Sourcing Expert for the Orion Search Group. He’s passionate about helping companies build their teams and find the “right” talent for key positions in their organizations. Carl became involved in recruiting immediately upon graduating from the University of Minnesota. His passion for people, science, and technology allows him to bring a fresh perspective to executive recruitment.

Carl holds an Online Recruitment Black Belt Certification through Social Talent, the leading provider of online and social media training to the recruitment industry. He is also a member of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota (AGC), Manufacturers Alliance, Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA), and the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce.
