Account Manager
Cole brings experience in business development, recruiting and account management in a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, Finance, Healthcare, and IT. Having worked in manufacturing sales, business process outsourcing, and direct hire searches, he has an understanding and appreciation for assessing culture and identifying leaders.
Cole is responsible for new business development as well as supporting the entire Orion team in recruiting efforts both locally and nation-wide.
Originally from Edina, Cole graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing. Prior to earning his degree, Cole pursued a career in professional baseball. Drafted by the Detroit Tigers organization in 2010, he was also a member of the Twins and Braves farm systems. He lives in St. Louis Park.
