With broad experience in placing talent with Industrial, Product Development, Medical Device, Consulting Engineering, and Technology firms, David has been successful at finding top performers for his clients through a deep understanding of their business and the culture that drives it. He focuses on national searches for Minnesota and other Midwest-based clients in the areas of Engineering, Technology, Construction, Healthcare, and Accounting/Finance.

Renae brings 15 years of experience in staffing and recruitment to Orion Search Group, previously as the general manager of a staffing and recruiting agency in Willmar, Minnesota. Her strong organizational and human resource management skills provide exceptional service to Orion client partners in all industry groups.

Carl Paulson is a Recruiting and Sourcing Expert for the Orion Search Group. He’s passionate about helping companies build their teams and find the “right” talent for key positions in their organizations. Carl became involved in recruiting immediately upon graduating from the University of Minnesota.
