David R. Borak

Principal

David’s experience gives him a broad understanding of the industry from a national perspective. Since 1997, he’s been involved in every aspect of recruitment from research to account management to business development. While his client partners have spanned the country, his current focus is on local to national searches for primarily Minnesota-based client partners.

Specializing in new business development, recruiting and account management for Orion Search Group, David supports client partners in construction, engineering/architecture, real estate development, manufacturing, technology, and accounting/finance.

Originally from Chaska, David received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota (Evans Scholar). He is a member of Associated General Contractors of Minnesota (AGC), Manufacturers Alliance, Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA), Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, and a board member for the Minnesota Technical Recruiters Network (MNTRN).

David lives in Eagan with his wife, Kyle, and two children.
